Guarantees - Used items we give a 3 month cover against electrical/mechanical failure. Issues such are wear and tear, abuse or accidental damage are not covered in any way.  Pre-owned items that are not as described or faulty are eligible for a refund within this 3 month period.

Refund - Returns on non faulty, used goods are not generally accepted as a small independent business we choose to offer an exchange or credit against these goods. Please contact us if you are unsure of your rights or our policies regarding returns/guarantees.
